Shipping policy

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Our printing lab is in the United States. Your order will be shipped from the U.S. All international orders are tracked, and you will receive your tracking reference number with your shipping confirmation notification. 

For an accurate delivery cost please add your items to the basket and proceed to check out.  Please allow up to 3-5 working days for dispatch, although orders are often sent sooner.

OUR PRINTS ARE NOT FRAMED.

Please note that our prints are not framed. All prints 12x16 or larger come rolled in a tube. and anything smaller than 8.5x11 inches comes packaged securely in an envelope and sometimes in smaller tube. 

All orders are sent via USPS or UPS. International orders are tracked, you will receive your tracking reference number with your shipping confirmation notification.  Please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch, although orders are often sent sooner.

 

DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

Please note that international customers (outside of the United States) might be charged additional duties and import taxes when they receive their shipments depending on the laws mandated by their government. Arpa & Ryan is not responsible for these fees. It is the duty of the customer to understand and pay for these fees.
