To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that we do not provide return labels, you must cover that cost.
A request for a return must be made within 7 to 10 days upon arrival.
All return items must be approved prior to returning. We have the right to refuse any return request.
Approved returns that arrive without packaged properly in its original poly bag and stickers (if included) may not receive refund. Depending on number of items damaged, customer may receive partial refund.
